Yes, you may cancel or modify your order after you receive your order confirmation email and before you receive the shipping confirmation email. If you need to make a change once your order has shipped you will need to wait until you receive your order and then follow the return policy. 

We offer free samples with the purchase of our 50mL products. We will soon offer the option to purchase samples (redeemable for future purchases), so be sure to follow us on social media for updates.

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Standard shipping in the US is free; expedited and international options are available as upgrades. The cost will be calculated when you select your preferred shipping method.

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive tracking information via email.

Our standard shipping option in the USA relies on the USPS, and is free. Expedited and international UPS options are also available. We ship from Los Angeles, California.

Your billing and shipping address do not need to match but your billing address does need to correspond with the form of payment you use.

USPS delivery times are 5-8 days. Expedited shipping is available, and if selected, your order will arrive more quickly.
